Hello, [Redacted]. Just a note to let you know that it did work out for Barry to talk with [Redacted].

Barry says that it looked like [Redcated] may be just one step from an Alzheimer unit. He wasn’t even sure if [Redacted] remembered the [Redacted] name... maybe vaguely. When Barry read to him a portion of your email pertaining to him, he had no memory of that. Barry asked him if he was ever accused of anything along that line. He said no. It is possible that [Redacted] buried it all just like a victim would.

With [Redacted's] poor memory, it seems futile to pursue anything more with him. But I remember that Charlie Hughes was quoted, maybe often, as saying nobody gets away with anything before the Lord. One of the first things the nuns taught me (I was about 6 yrs old) was that God sees you everywhere. When I went home that day, I decided to go upstairs and into the closet of my bedroom and shut the door. It was pitch black. I couldn’t see my little hand in front of me. And I said to myself, if I can’t see my hand, God can’t see me here either. And that’s when God spoke to me, and I knew it was Him. I’m glad that impression was made and remained on my young heart. When I went to Gospel meetings, when I was 21, God spoke very clearly to me, and I knew it was the same voice that spoke to me in the closet when I was a little boy.

I feel very sorry that you had to go through all of this, [Redacted]. Of course, you would know that you were 100% innocent, and we know it too.

You mentioned in your email to me what Joe Crane said…to be authentic, mean what you say, and say what you mean.
I was being honest and authentic when I mentioned to you in my email that my memories of you were that you were a very kind and caring sister. And that’s how I do and will remember you. And please don’t try to change those memories.
Take care.
Ray
